Our use of water: we have a local wastewater treatment plant to separate wastewater and treat it so we use it for our gardens watering.
We use a solar-thermal system and solar panels to heat the 22 hotel rooms and provide energy to our public areas.
The hotel illuminates 100% of the indoor/outdoor space with LED bulbs.
We also have small habits such as towels policies in our rooms among other green habits that we share with our guests and staff
We have an organic garden that provides our kitchen with fresh vegetables.
